1. What these terms cover
Sal's Kewl Korner builds, sells and supports FiveM resources, and takes custom livery and script commissions. These terms are in two halves, and which half applies to you depends on what you do.
Who you are dealing with. Sal's Kewl Korner is a brand of Easy Pro Technologies, based in New Jersey, USA. "We", "us" and "our" below mean Easy Pro Technologies trading as Sal's Kewl Korner.
If you are just reading. Browsing this site, asking a pre-sales question or hanging around in our Discord binds you to one thing only: the community rules posted there. Nothing on this page makes you a customer, and being in our Discord does not sign you up to a payment, licensing or refund policy for something you have not bought.
If you buy, subscribe or commission. Placing an order, taking out a Sal's Kewl Gold subscription, or asking us to start work on a commission is your agreement to the commercial terms below — the payment, licensing, ownership and refund sections. You also agree to them at checkout.
We split it this way deliberately. These terms used to be what new Discord members ticked on the way in, which meant somebody who had bought nothing was agreeing to a refund policy before they could say hello. That was the wrong way round.
Management decisions. Sal's Kewl Korner management has the final say on commissions, orders, licensing and access to our community. Final is not the same as arbitrary — if you think a call was wrong, open a ticket and say so plainly.
2. What we sell
So there is no confusion about which terms apply to what:
- Pre-made FiveM resources. Our catalog of scripts, bought outright through Tebex, licensed per server. The only place to buy them is store.salskewlkorner.com. A copy from anywhere else is not licensed, is not supported, and will not be.
- Sal's Kewl Gold. A monthly subscription covering the scripts, hosted dispatch, and customization requests within reason.
- Custom livery design. Commissioned artwork for vehicles and department branding.
- Script development and configuration. Commissioned code, configuration, installation and advanced work, quoted before any work starts.
- Free resources. Some of what we publish is free. It is supported like anything else — paid customers and Gold subscribers are simply answered first.
3. Conduct
The full rules live in our Discord and they are the list that gets enforced. The ones that matter most often:
- Communicate respectfully. Harassment, threats, discrimination, hate speech, personal attacks and deliberate disruption are not tolerated. A script that is not working is a bad day; the person answering you did not cause it.
- Leave other people's information alone. Do not post, publish or pass on anyone's private or personal information without their permission.
- No leaked or stolen assets. Distributing, promoting, selling or using leaked, cracked, ripped or otherwise unauthorized FiveM assets, scripts or vehicle models is prohibited — ours or anybody else's. For our own files it also costs you every license you hold.
- You must be at least 13, or older where your country requires it, per Discord's own terms.
4. Commissions
We can say no. We may decline any livery or script commission at our discretion. A commission is not accepted until management confirms the order and the required payment or deposit has been received. Nothing before that is a booking.
Payment comes first. Payment is required before design or coding work begins, unless we have explicitly agreed something else with you in writing.
Deposits. Every custom order takes a deposit before work begins. It may be a portion of the total or the whole amount, depending on the job.
Quotes. What a commission costs depends on the complexity of the script logic, the framework involved (qb, qbx, ESX or standalone), livery template detail, and quantity. You get a final quote before work starts, and we do not exceed it without asking you first.
Scope. The quote covers what was described when it was given. See how the work runs for what happens when the ask changes.
5. Payments, refunds and chargebacks
Who handles the money. Purchases of our pre-made scripts run through Tebex, who own the checkout — orders, cards, billing support and refund processing go to them. Everything about the scripts themselves comes to us.
Refunds. Purchases and commission payments are non-refundable, and once design or development work has started there is no refund. These are digital goods, delivered immediately, and all completed deliveries are final. Nothing here overrides Tebex's own terms or any refund right your local consumer law gives you that cannot be waived.
If we cancel. If we decline or cancel a commission before any work has started, your deposit is returned in full. If we cancel after starting, you are refunded for the part not yet worked. We do not keep money for work we chose not to do.
Chargebacks. If something has gone wrong with a payment, contact us and we will work it out. Opening an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute instead ends your services, revokes your licenses and removes you from our community.
6. How the work runs
Revisions. Reasonable minor revisions during drafting or testing are part of the job and are included. Requests that substantially change the agreed scope — rewriting script logic, switching frameworks, changing the vehicle model — are quoted as additional work. We will tell you which one you are asking for before billing anything.
Materials you give us. You are responsible for making sure any logos, real-world badges, insignia, base scripts or templates you send us are legally yours to use. We are not liable for copyright or ownership disputes over customer-supplied material, and we will stop work on anything that looks like it is not yours to hand over.
Timelines. Completion times vary with technical complexity and current workload. Script orders include a testing phase before final delivery, because shipping something untested is not a favor. Slow replies or changing references on your side extend the timeline — that is arithmetic, not a penalty.
Ticket inactivity. We work to a 48-hour response guideline. If we send you an update, a question or a test build and hear nothing for 48 hours, your ticket may be closed automatically. Reopen it whenever you are ready; nothing is lost and you do not go to the back of the line.
7. Ownership, escrow and licensing
Intellectual property. Original livery designs, source code, artwork and branding remain our property unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Buying an asset buys you a license to use it, not the copyright in it.
One license, one server. Each purchase licenses the asset on a single server community. More servers need more licenses.
No resale or redistribution. Do not resell, re-upload, share, leak or modify our assets for resale. Do not pass files, download links or update access to anyone — including people who have bought their own copy. This is a permanent ban and the loss of every license you hold.
Modify it for yourself, not for others. You may change what you bought for your own server. You may not distribute what you changed. Leave credits and attributions in place.
Escrow. Scripts may ship through the Cfx.re Escrow System. Bypassing, cracking, deobfuscating or reverse-engineering our scripts or locked livery files revokes your license immediately and without refund.
Beyond our community. Unauthorized distribution may be pursued legally and reported to Cfx.re.
8. Sal's Kewl Gold and hosted dispatch
What a subscription is. Sal's Kewl Gold is a recurring monthly subscription. Access lasts as long as the subscription is active and ends when it lapses or is canceled — including access to anything the subscription unlocked rather than sold you outright.
Canceling. Cancel whenever you like. Cancellation stops the next payment; it does not refund the month you are in, and partial months are not pro-rated.
Launch pricing. Where a promotional rate is advertised as held for as long as a subscription stays active, we honor that for as long as it stays active. A lapsed subscription re-subscribes at the current price.
What Gold includes is whatever is advertised at the time you subscribe. Some premium resources may be add-ons rather than included, and we will say so plainly rather than in a footnote.
Hosted dispatch. The hosted dispatch console is a service we run for you. We aim to keep it up and will tell you when it is not, but it is provided without an uptime guarantee, and we are not liable for losses caused by an outage. We may suspend an account that is abusing the service or is being used to break these terms.
9. Showing the work
Portfolio. We may show completed livery designs and script work in our portfolio, in our Discord, on social media, in showcase videos and in advertising.
Keeping a project private. Tell us before work begins and we will keep it out of all of that. Once a project has been approved for public use, preview or testing, it is fair game for promotion — so if privacy matters, say so at the start rather than at delivery.
Your server's identity. We will not publish your server's name, branding or member information alongside a showcase if you ask us not to.
10. Your data
Running our Discord means our bot keeps some records. In plain terms:
- Message content is archived for 14 days in the channels it moderates, so staff can see what a deleted or edited message said. After 14 days it is gone.
- Joins, leaves, role changes, bans and timeouts are logged to a staff channel, so moderation decisions have a history.
- Reviews, suggestions, tickets and verification records are kept while they are relevant to running the store.
/asksends your question and the relevant section of our published manuals to an AI provider to compose an answer. Do not put anything confidential in it.- This website's analytics are cookieless. The visitor pseudonym is computed from a salt that rotates daily and is then destroyed, so there is nothing to consent to and nothing that identifies you.
- We do not sell any of it, and we do not use it for anything other than running our community and supporting what you bought.
Want your records removed? Open a ticket and ask. We will remove what we are not required to keep.
11. Liability, changes and contact
No warranty beyond what is advertised. Our resources are provided as described in their documentation. We do not warrant that any resource is free of faults, or that it will work alongside every other resource, framework version or server artifact you happen to run. Where a resource does not do what we advertised, tell us and we will fix it or make it right.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Easy Pro Technologies, trading as Sal's Kewl Korner, is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost players, lost revenue, lost server data or downtime — arising from the use of our resources or services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to these terms. We update these terms when they need updating. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes get announced in our Discord. Continuing to use our services after a change is acceptance of it.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be settled between us goes to the state or federal courts sitting in New Jersey. If your own consumer law gives you rights you cannot sign away, this clause does not take them from you.
Severability. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stands.
Contact. Open a ticket in our Discord. That is the fastest route and the one with a record attached.
